A travelling live broadcast rooted in Aotearoa.
Broadcasting from the first timezone on earth.
Music. Conversation. Movement. Community.
No ads. No algorithm. No fixed end time. No sitting.
Attention Disorder runs as a Friday and Sunday residency, or as a Sunday-only show. Either format works. The Sunday show is the anchor — Friday is the warm-up that dials the room and builds the week.
The Sunday format is structured but not rigid. The clock below is a guide — the show goes where it goes. Roll call moments are non-negotiable. Everything else flexes.

Producer monitors Twitch chat and X on a dedicated screen throughout — never Luke. For each roll call, producer pre-pulls 3–4 best responses and queues for Luke to read live. Roll call 3 is also the NZ On Air eligibility CTA — framed as energy, not a pitch. Three roll calls per show, every ~90 minutes.
Every guest type has a defined technical setup. The producer confirms format and tech requirements with each guest 48hrs before air. Nothing is improvised on the day.
All sources normalised to −14 LUFS for Twitch and X platform standards. RØDECaster APHEX processing handles voice compression and de-essing. Omnia.11 DSP provides broadcast-grade multiband compression on master output.
The full broadcast rig travels with the show. Off-grid capable. 5G cellular bonded. Sets up in 90 minutes. Packs down in 60. The same technical standard at every location.
